Being a history lover, I really love all these ancients photos as they are the best witnesses to bygone eras. They often allow us to discover buildings that don't exist anymore (contrary to the church you are showing us today though) and better understand the mentally of the people who lived then. DeeBee

The Eyrarbakki church was built in 1890 and is still used. This photo is from this time.
