In winter, the gaps have been cut when the oil spill have been in the sea. They lay only two eggs is common to only one pup survives. This bird was seen in the village recently. The bird is in winter clothing, but the summer clothes are however much more decorative.

Eyrarbakki in time

Modernity meets the old times. Electricity, and television antennas linking the old house to the world.

The old street has almost not changed over the centuries. Thus Eyrarbakki, always the same.

This old man is no longer collecting hay in his spot. But the spot is still the same place and some other old man will beat spot ever.
