Cultural heritage which was destroyed

This Danish house was the oldest trade in Iceland. The houses were built in 17 and 18 century. They were long the property Lefolii Danish family. By the mid 19th century became an Icelandic company that houses and let them break down. There were a lot of culture accidents, the Eyrarbakki people would preserve the buildings, because they were historic monuments, but the company would not listen to the people and the company just destroys the oldest relics of Icelandic retail history. It was in 1950.
(In front of the house is loaded stone walls, defensive structures for sea water)
